Being affiliated with the Ivy League schools (especially Yale) is actually an indictment of his character since I've never known anyone from that milieu who's ever been anything but an elitist who thinks that he/she pees perfume.
... and being a lawyer is a double whammy. I've known too many of them.
... then there are allegations of torturing inmates in Gitmo.
... and why would a combat team of special forces need a lawyer actually embedded with them? Think about it.
